WARRANTY & RETURNS
14 DAY WARRANTY
Every item purchased comes with a 14 day warranty from the day of purchase, the warranty includes repair and replacement of the item if proven to be faulty due to manufacturing fault.
The item must be unworn and unused, the warranty does NOT cover wear and tear of items within a 14 day period of purchase. Tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery, loss of jewellery, chain breakages are not covered by this 14 day warranty.
RETURNS
All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, this does not include earrings. Earrings can not be returned due to health and safety precautions, this does not apply if the item is faulty. Items must be unworn and unused to be returned.
Online purchases can be returned but NOT exchanged. If you want to return an item contact us on hello@sundaystephens.com and we will send you instructions on how to send a return. Sunday Stephens cannot be held responsible for returning parcels that are lost, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service. The return refund will be made once the return is received and checked, a $13 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount. SALE returns will NOT be accepted.
